"Restricted status notices from the NCMEC generally mean that the child has been found or
the location of the child is known, but that the NCMEC organization is awaiting
official confirmation from the presiding law enforcement organization.”
NCMEC will issue a "recovered" notice once they receive that official
confirmation, if the child is safe/alive.
